Cultivation & Plantation Management
We deploy high-yielding varieties (like Tenera), implement soil testing, precision nutrient programs, and integrated pest management, boosting both quality and yield. We also explore emerging methods, including IoT-based monitoring to detect threats such as red palm weevil early—ensuring healthy palms and farm sustainability .
Harvesting & Processing
Harvested fresh fruit bunches are transported daily to our mills, where we press out Crude Palm Oil (CPO) and separate palm kernel. Residual fibers and shells are repurposed efficiently, eliminating waste throughout the supply chain.
Palm Kernel Shell (PKS) Valorization
Bioenergy Fuel: PKS is dried and processed into high-calorific biomass fuel (~4,000–4,500 kcal/kg), used to power our mills and available for sale to power plants or cement kilns—offering a sustainable and low-ash alternative to coal .
Activated Carbon & Charcoal: Through pyrolysis, we transform PKS into high-grade activated carbon, ideal for water and air filtration, or eco-charcoal/briquettes for clean cooking fuel .
Biochar & Soil Amendments: Crushed PKS is converted into biochar or mulch to enrich soil structure, improve moisture retention, and sequester carbon—advancing circular agriculture and reducing greenhouse gases .
Palm Kernel Oil & Cake
Kernel Oil (PKO): Extracted from the nuts, PKO is refined into a valuable ingredient for oleochemicals. It’s used in food, detergents, personal care, lubricants, biodiesel, and even bioplastics—taking advantage of palm’s high lauric acid content .
Palm Kernel Cake: The leftover meal is rich in protein and fiber, making it excellent feed for ruminants such as cows, goats, and sheep—closing the loop from farm to fork .
